Return Policy
We accept returns for all non-perishable goods. If you would like to receive a refund we will expect you to return all non-perishable products in good condition using an appropriate packaging and shipping method. In any event, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you are unhappy with your order and we will do everything possible to assist you.

Delivery
All our orders are hand-delivered by courier. Once you complete your order, you will be asked to choose a delivery date with the option to include special delivery instructions. For example, you can request that the parcel be delivered to your neighbour.
Packaging
Our high-quality packaging materials are capable of maintaining products fresh for up to 48 hours by keeping temperature, humidity and ventilation at appropriate levels. This means our cheeses and charcuteries arrive maximally fresh to your door, ready to eat.
Delivery Charges
Standard shipping is free for orders over £60 to Mainland UK and £6.95 otherwise. We also deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man & Channel Islands, please contact us to get an exact quote. During checkout please ensure that the specified delivery address and postcode are correct!
Payment
We accept payments from all major credit card providers including American Express. Payments are processed by Stripe, Apple Pay or Google Pay which guarantees that all of your information remains totally confidential. Payments are collected upon checkout. An Email with your payment receipt will be done immediately after placing an order.
Cheese Shelf Life
Cheeses cut to order will typically last for 12 days from dispatch provided they have been kept in appropriate storage conditions, see the Montadito cheese care guide.
