This Rainbow Chard is exceptionally tender and fresh due to Ouroboros methodology of growing. It has an exceptionally clean flavor that makes it great raw as salad a salad, but also cooks up nice and sweet when braised. Chop up the stems and eat them, as well, for a crunchy and colorful addition.
