We source our honey from the Pyrenees. Pere Ojeda, our beekeeper, has been producing raw honey of the utmost quality for over 10 years. Our chestnut honey has a unique strong aromatic taste and a slightly bitter aftertaste. It promotes good blood circulation, strengthens muscle tissue and relieves fatigue.

Raw chestnut honey is an ideal accompaniment for aged cheeses.
