"Escalivada" come from Catalonia. Aubergines, peppers and onions are picked, cleaned and placed in glass jars with sunflower oil. They are ideal to add to salads or tarts, mix into a warm pasta dish or enjoy on their own with a glass of white wine.

Ingredients: roasted red pepper, aubergine, onion, sunflower oil, salt and citric acid. Gluten-Free.
