John Hamilton Glass was a Scottish artist who painted coastal and landscape views of Scotland, Ireland and Holland.

His style was reflective of the progressive and innovative movement flourishing in Scotland towards the end of the 19th century.

Hamilton Glass exhibited at the Royal Hibernian Academy, the Royal Scottish Academy and the Glasgow Institute of Fine Art.
