Ladera Patisserie is a French inspired pastry company that was founded by Fateha Id boubrik and her husband in 2015. The company was named after Ladera Community in Portola Valley as they got their first fans and support
from that local community.
Chef Fateha graduated from the renowned Lenotre Culinary School created in the 70s by Gaston Lenotre in France.
She was trained by some of the best Pastry chefs in the world such as Pierre Herme, Philippe Conticini, Christophe Felder, and some Meilleurs Ouvriers de France and World Championship Pastry Chefs.
She worked in World Class Establishments in different part of the world. Following her Mentor advise, she moved to New York to explore the pastry scene in the US.
She, then worked at the Montage Hotel in Deer Valley, Utah. Then an opportunity came to work in the Michelin Starred restaurant in the Rosewood Hotel and finally the Village Pub.
